bayme and vbm are the employers’ associations of the Bavarian electrical and metalworking industries. With more than 1,600 member companies we represent the social, political and economic interests of companies with collective bargaining agreements (vbm) and those without (bayme). The goals of bayme and vbm are one and the same: increasing the competitive advantage of their member companies. We provide our members with timely information and news releases on pending legislation and political issues, giving them enough time to react and to meaningfully shape the decision making process. bayme and vbm make sure that issues important to the Bavarian metal working and electrical engineering industry get a fair hearing in politics as well as in the general public.
